Cut out the wet material
We remove soaked drywall, baseboards and flooring so the framing behind them can dry.
Open up what water reached
If the leak got into the ceiling or the insulation, we take it down to the framing.
Hang new drywall
New sheets are hung, taped and finished to match the rest of the room.
Put the room back together
Flooring, baseboards and paint go back in, and the room is ready to live in or rent again.
