How do you handle maintenance requests?

What are your fees?

Ten common repairs have flat rates, and our other services have estimated price ranges. Both are listed on our Services page. Unit turnovers are priced by unit size, from $350 for a studio or one-bedroom.

What types of properties do you service?

Single-family homes, multi-family units, mobile and manufactured homes, and commercial spaces in Riverside County, San Diego County and Orange County.

Do you repair mobile homes?

Yes, we work on mobile and manufactured homes. Minor interior repairs are billed at an hourly rate ($95–$145 per hour, estimate); larger roofing or structural work is quoted separately.
